JUSTIN
KAUFMAN
Principal
In March of 2014, Justin Kaufman purchased the Alpine Heating & Cooling. Prior to purchasing the business, Kaufman worked as an HVAC Service Technician for seven years, three of which were spent as an employee at Alpine.
Outside of work Justin enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife Marilyn, son Spencer and daughter Abigail.
TOM
MARKLEY
Operations Manager
Tom began his career with Alpine in November of 2017 as our Operations Manager overseeing all aspects of the business.
When not in the office Tom enjoys hunting & spending time outdoors
JEREMY
KAUFMAN
Service Manager
Jeremy joined Alpine in April of 2014 as a Service Technician. Jeremy now leads the Service Team and remains active as a Service Technician.
When not on the job Jeremy enjoys traveling and spending time with his friends. One thing he enjoys most about his role with the company is solving complex problems in practical ways.
STEVE
KEIM
Purchasing & Warehouse Manager/ Sales
Steve has been with our company since March of 2010. Beginning as an installer and currently working as the Purchasing & Warehouse Manager along with providing customers with home comfort solutions.
In his time outside of work Steve enjoys shooting sporting clays, golfing and spending time with his family/friends. One of the most rewarding things for Steve is making a plan and seeing that plan through to completion.
TOM
LENHART
Comfort Specialist
Tom has been with the company since February 2018 as a Comfort Specialist with a focus on Wayne & Stark Counties. Outside of work Tom enjoys spending with his family and maintaining the property at his home.
His favorite thing about Alpine is the people he works with and getting to know them on a personal level.
NAOMA
YODER
Estimating
Naoma has been with Alpine since March 2014 and has been in the estimating department since 2019. When not working she enjoys playing softball and hunting with her husband Jesse.
Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with her fellow employees.
Marcus
Hershberger
Internal Installation Manager
Marcus has been with Alpine since October 2018. Marcus is currently in the role of Internal Installation Manager
Outside of work Marcus enjoys spending with his Wife Emily & their Daughters. He also enjoys working with Morgan horses
Marcus's favorite thing about being a member of Alpine is the work environment and the variety of work that he gets to be involved with on a daily basis.
Amy
Hostetler
Office Manager/Service Scheduling
Amy joined Alpine in July of 2023. Her role is Office Manager/Service Dispatching.
When not at the office Amy enjoys playing sports and spending time with her Husband Robert and sons Torin & Seth.
Amy's favorite thing about Alpine is the people she gets to work with each day.
Carter Melicant
Onsite Installation Manager
Carter began working with Alpine in the Summer of 2021. His role is Onsite Installation Manager
When not on the jobsite Carter is probably working at his farm in Ashland raising Texas Longhorns.
His favorite thing about working at Alpine is the work environment and his co-workers.
